For those familiar with RSS (Really Simple Syndication) or Atom feeds, you can subscribe to this site using either format.
To subscribe using RSS, find the orange icon in the sidebar to your right. This button is a link to the XML version of my site feed, in RSS 2.0 format (converted from Atom to RSS 2.0 by Feedburner.com). Pop that URL into your favorite RSS news aggregator program, and you’re set.
If you use Atom, the Atom syndciation URL for my feed is http://www.tinyscreenfuls.com/Atom.xml. Feed that URL to your Atom aggregator. To tell the truth, I’m not too familiar with the new Atom syndication format, but Blogger provides it automatically, so it’s there if you want to use it.
For those not familiar with RSS, or those who have no idea what “XML” or “news aggregator” mean, it’s basically a way for you to receive the content of new posts to a site when they happen. So, instead of having to browse to different sites to see what’s new, you simply subscribe to their RSS feed, and new content comes to you when its published.
My current favorite RSS news aggregator is NewsGator. It integrates very well with MS Outlook, which I always have open anyway. New posts from subscribed sites show up just like new email messages:
Anyway, I just wanted to make everyone aware that these options are available to you. Email me if you have any questions or problems about getting the feed for this site set up.
