Emory has updated his site with more info about the situation – looks like we’re getting somewhere:
“Someone has posted the link to file a complaint with the FCC. The FCC loves to get its nose into things that don’t concern it.
I updated my HowardForums thread with information – tonight a T-Mobile engineer called me and we talked about the issue, I have an appointment to call him back tomorrow.
It seems that there is finally some momentum and traction for this issue, and I look forward to it being resolved.”
