On the phone with them to fix the fact that my home phone line stopped working yesterday. They speculate that something might have been knocked loose when they pulled the fiber drop. Makes sense.
I was transfered to copper repair, and after giving my phone number, name, and address v-e-r-y s-l-o-w-l-y for the third or fourth time, they promised to have it fixed by tomorrow at 11:00 AM. Shouldn’t have to send anyone to the premises.
Can you tell that my confidence in them is somewhere near zero by now?
As long as I get my fiber lit up on Thursday, I’ll survive. The sooner I can switch to Vonage, the better.
EDIT: Phone line’s working now, as evidenced by the pair of junk/wrong number fax calls that woke me up at 6AM. Gee, thanks…
