Intel VT not working on all Mac Minis?

TinyScreenfuls pal jnichols959 left a comment with some info about Intel “VT” Virtualization Technology apparently not working on some Intel Mac Minis:

From reading those posts, it’s not clear whether it’s certain serial number series of Mac Minis that leave VT disabled, or if it has to do with the firmware revision. I’ll check mine when I get to work tomorrow, but I suspect that it is working, because of the performance I’m getting in Parallels Workstation.

If you’ve got an Intel Mac Mini, and want to help figure out this mystery, check out those two links for how to check your Mini, and report your results!

    Parallels team reports a work-around:

put your mini to sleep first and then wake it back up.

Didn’t work until I did a restart and then tried it again.
