We’re back from Seattle. Had a great time. I didn’t touch a computer the whole time, but kept up with the essential emails and feeds via my phone. I felt surprisingly connected, though my Gmail inbox is out of control (work inbox is still being kept a zero! w00t!). I’m in the middle of reorganizing/recategorizing my feeds, too, so there’s some work to be done there. Tons of photos and video from the weekend to process. Mostly family stuff, though Jack’s cake has to be seen to believed (it’s done by the guy who does the “Amazing Cakes” show on the Food Network, and looks just like a Harley Jack used to have). Fun stuff coming.
I was in a class all day at work today, on influencing people (it was interesting, and fun). Still waiting for my new computer and video camera to show up at work, and getting ready to head off to GDC in two weeks (I’ll be blogging more about that, but let me know if you’re going to be there. Especially if you’re showing something cool 😉 ). The ISN blog is off to a good start, and I’m brainstorming ideas around a “top secret” project that I want to launch soon. Gotta find a name, and a few other things, before I take the wraps off.
Hope you had a good weekend (especially if you had Monday off)!
