What a day. One of the best geek experiences I’ve ever had. It was a ton of fun, totally worth it. I’m going to be posting photos and videos and telling stories about today for a long time.
But right now, I’m way tired, and hoping to go to bed soon. You see, we had a BBQ planned with some friends tonight, long before I flip-flopped and decided to get an iPhone, so right after I had my fun as the first iPhone owner in the Hillsboro AT&T store, Rachel picked me up, and we went to the BBQ.
The iPhone sat untouched for the next few hours.
Now, we’re home, and did an unboxing video (Rachel is a wonderful camera assistant 😉 ), and I’m wading through the activation process (slow! their servers are getting hammered!). As soon as I get through, to a stopping point, I’m going to hit the hay.
More tomorrow, but not much more, because we have a full day planned with family activities, a Wii party with Jason and Anna tomorrow night, and more. But stay tuned! Like I said, I’ll be talking about this day (and this phone) for a LONG time to come.
In the mean time, make sure to check out (or subscribe to) www.joshbancroft.com for all of my Twitter updates, photos, videos, etc. In addition to TinyScreenfuls, of course.
