In Chicago for Adobe Max 2007

I arrived late last night, and my body’s still on West Coast time, but I’m in Chicago for the Adobe Max 2007 conference.

I’m going to be giving a series of “chalk talks” on the topics of “Social Tools for Building Community,” where I’m going to talk about using Twitter, Facebook, blogs, wikis, and podcasts, and “What can Intel Software Network do for you?”.

Drop me a line if you’re at MAX, and you’d like to come to one of the talks (they’re free, on the main Expo floor, I think). Or even better, if you’re in Chicago and want to get together. I’ve got a ton of geek friends here, so even though this is my first time to Chicago, I feel like I have a million things that I could do for fun. :-) I’ll post details if any kind of geek gathering comes together – right now, it looks like maybe Tuesday or Wednesday night (I go home Thursday afternoon).

  1. I posted this on Twitter, but I’ll post here, too. :) Enjoy Chicago! I highly recommend going to Millennium Park if you have a chance. It’s very pretty at night, with the LED screen fountains and the pavilion all lit up. Of course, the Cloud Gate is awesome to see, daytime or nighttime.

I probably won’t be able to get to the city during the week, unfortunately. But have fun! I’ll be watching your Flickr feed. 😀
