Not a nice April Fools surprise: it appears that my WiMAX modem is dead. Luckily, Clear is sending a replacement. May this be today’s worst. #

WTH? Just plugged in my iPhone to sync, iTunes told me “Can’t sync. Syncing is disabled. Enable it?” Yes. “Nope. Can’t. Override?” *sigh* #

Do you use a Mac? Do you use antivirus software? Is it really necessary? I say no, but I’m getting a ton of people asking me. What say you? #
Let me ask this follow up question: has anyone every had a virus/malware infection on a Mac? Ever? I haven’t, nor have I heard of any. #
In my personal experience, I’ve cleaned up dozens and dozens of infected Windows machines, at work, in the family, of friends. Never a Mac. #
To those who run antivirus software on your Mac, has it ever actually, you know, caught anything? #

Google on iPhone Gets New Tab Header

Just noticed some new tabs and a dropdown for accessing other Google mobile pages on my Google Reader for iPhone page. Nice.

I never used the old "blue button" ones because they acted like a frame, and wouldn’t let me bookmark my "tags" page in Reader directly, which is where I like to start. Now I can. Excellent!
