RT @SarahCofer: Anyone have older cell Phones that have digicams and gps units that they can donate to a 4-H mapping project? #
@aaroneiche A surprising number of older “dumb” phones have cameras and some form of GPS. I have a couple floating around somewhere… in reply to aaroneiche#
How come I’m sitting here, instead of downloading Final Fantasy VII for PSP? Oh, that’s right. I’ve got a gig of video to upload first. #
@harrisja You say I’m wrong. I’m just making you work to try to prove your point. I’m not the only stubborn geek. in reply to harrisja#
Love a rousing iPhone argument with @harrisja. We need a cage match -Two Phone Enter, One Phone Leave! #
I don’t store any data in my VM. All my Outlook PSTs etc live out in Mac userspace, where Time Machine backs ‘em up. My VM is “disposable”. #
I do occasional snapshots of my VM HDD file. Alas, newest one was 1+yo, so I had to install XP SP3, get it back on the domain, etc. #
So, it cost me a couple of hours, but my VM is back up and running, no data lost. And now I have a fresh VM HDD snapshot. All’s well! #
@turkchgo D’oh! That was my exact problem, and that fix would have saved me hours. I’m embarrassed. I should have turned to Twitter first. in reply to turkchgo#
@drewbernard Windows 7 is quite nice. I use XP solely as a life support system for Outlook, which is a necessity of life at work. in reply to drewbernard#
@brady An Ignite for MTV Brasil? Que legal (awesome)! Let me know if you need help. I lived in Brasil for 2 years, speak Portuguese… in reply to brady#
Did you know that Wikipedia now has a mobile site optimized for advanced mobile browsers like the iPhone? It’s slick: http://m.wikipedia.org#
