  • I just discovered that as of (I think) iPhone 3.1, you can sync *both* an over-the-air Exchange account (like Google) *and* iCal via USB #
  • @1tonyjones You'll need to sync a carrier update file from iTunes to enable MMS. You'll see a camera icon in Messages when you have it. in reply to 1tonyjones #
  • @1tonyjones @verso iTunes *should* say "you have a new carrier update to install". It's not out yet, AFAIK. It's a tiny file, only a few KB. #
  • Got the iPhone MMS carrier update file, but not seeing the camera icon in Messages. Guess I need to reboot the phone. #
  • Just send my first iPhone MMS. A picture to @rachelbancroft. :-) #
  • RT @IDF: IDF09 is done, but it's not too late to view the recap: Keynotes, Photos, Press kits, blogs… and more all at http://bit.ly/sabaD #
  • Sending an image (3MP from the iPhone 3GS camera) over MMS takes forever. Is it using 3G, or some slower part of the network (MMS is older)? #
  • Nice: MMS previews the photo you received (and yes, my iPhone wallpaper is the Failwhale): http://twitpic.com/j4klr #
  • @turoczy You don't have to wait for the "you got MMS" text from AT&T. MMS works as soon as you sync, install the carrier update, and reboot. in reply to turoczy #
  • @wagnong I cannot be held responsible for finger smudges on your screen after viewing my images. 😉 in reply to wagnong #
  • Anyone else having Verizon Fios issues in the Portland area? PPPoE is connected, everything looks OK, but I can't get anywhere on the web. #
  • RT @shanselman: Hm…Verizon FIOS is down or sick in Oregon…time to punch out. Bye. (guess that explains it! :-( ) #
  • Date night! :-) (@ Red Robin – Cascade Station in Portland) http://bit.ly/QFRc3 #
  • Did you know that Ikea sells a 10-pack of AA batteries for $1.99? And they're bright yellow? #awesome :-) #
  • @TiEsQue Yes I have. Perhaps yellow is the new orange? :-) in reply to TiEsQue #
