  • Just finished reading Makers. Thank you, @doctorow, for the labor of distilling all those huge ideas into a book. My buzzing brain salutes! #
  • The writers on Sesame Street have a wicked sharp sense of humor. I've always loves that show, even as an adult. :-) #
  • And yes, that last tweet means I'm home sick with sick kids for the 3rd day. We watched a Dinosaur Train episode about poop today. No lie. #
  • @Scobleizer TechCrunch says Tweetie 2.1, with support for new RT, geotags, and lists, is coming soon: http://bit.ly/2Vvd0v (via @corvida) in reply to Scobleizer #

  • We all seem to be feeling a bit better today. Hope it keeps up. #
  • Lego Rock Band is awesome. Esp. the Rock Power Challenges. Chase ghosts away to the tune of Ray Parker Jr's "Ghostbusters". Good times. :-) #
  • Our family Rock Band name: The Rockin' Out Band-Crofts. Our Lego Rock Band name? The Blockin' Out Band-Crofts. :-) #
  • I've monitored Twitter on the topic of iPhone apps for months. Fact: the most common tweet is "What's the best Twitter app?" By a mile. :-) #
  • @Durf I've asked that myself. I've heard good things about Satchel (re: Basecamp on iPhone). in reply to Durf #
  • Ugh. It's only been two days, but I'm so tired of being sick. @rachelbancroft is an angelfor taking care of us… #
  • @verso I don't know if it's #hamthrax, H1Nerd1, or what, but I sucks. It's affecting us all differently. Me=fever, kids=plurking. Yech. in reply to verso #
  • @verso I have a couple iPhone apps I use to fall asleep. Kindle and Stanza. Use them every single night. :-) in reply to verso #

  • Our household is a wreck. Both kids barfing all over the place, I've got a high fever and achy body. @rachelbancroft is holding us together. #
  • I owe @Jerry_Makare big time. He singlehandedly pulled off all of our @isntv shows today. Thanks, mang. :-) #
  • You know there's something wrong with me when I have no desire to fiddle with my iPhone… :-( #sick #sucks #plague #
  • Heartfelt thanks to everyone who wished us well today over here in the plague house. I didn't reply individually, but it means a lot. :-) #

  • Ugh. Firefox 3.6 beta 1 seems to open new tabs right next to the current tab, like Chrome, instead of at the end of the tab bar. #
  • @shadowbottle When I right-click, Open in New Tab a link in FF 3.6b1 Mac, it opens next to the current tab. That's new. I don't have TMP. in reply to shadowbottle #
  • @StevenWalling I think I'll just have to get used to it. I have a set of tabs that are always open, don't like them to get disrupted, tho. in reply to StevenWalling #
  • Playing with a Magic Mouse for the first time. I'm astounded that there's no middle click and I sorely miss the Mighty Mouse's side buttons. #
  • If I'm going to live with a Magic Mouse, I'll have to use keyboard/hot corners for Spaces and Exposé. Relearning deep habits is hard. :-( #
  • Don't like the new "open tab next to current" in Firefox 3.6? Set browser.tabs.insertRelatedAfterCurrent to false in about:config. #
  • @AndruEdwards I haven't decided if I'm going to switch, but I figure you can't go wrong learning the keyboard shortcuts for stuff. :-) in reply to AndruEdwards #
  • @vajra Because the new Magic Mouse has no middle click, and no side buttons (like on the Mighty Mouse), and I use those for Spaces/Exposé. in reply to vajra #
  • @wilshipley Any update on the Delicious Library for iPhone/Amazon issue? I really miss that app, dying for something like it. #
  • @finermac Not sure if this is new, but I think hot corners work on both monitors in SL when # of monitors > 1. #
  • I'm thinking I could live with this Magic Mouse. I still catch myself trying to middle click, or squeeze the sides, though. #
  • You people putting me on Twitter lists like Thinkers, Smart, Cool People, Originals, etc. are really inflating my ego. You know that, right? #
  • @finermac I'll try to grab a screen and write it up. Not 100% sure it's actually, you know, true. :-) Will verify first. in reply to finermac #
  • Anyone know of a personal inventory app that 1) syncs with the web, and 2) has an iPhone app? Something like Delicious Library… #
