You know it's early when you're the first person to arrive for the early bird shuttle flight to Arizona. #

10 Shot HDR Panorama Made On My iPhone in Tempe Arizona

Shot this on the balcony at Rustler’s Rooste in Tempe, AZ at a team dinner. I took a five shot panorama with the sky exposed correctly, then another with the ground exposed correctly.

Then I merged the light and dark images in the TrueHDR app, and stitched the result together in the Autostitch app (two of my very favorite photo apps).

I’m pretty pleased with the result, though I haven’t seen it on a bigger screen yet (posting this on my iPhone via Posterous, too),

Can’t wait to do stuff like this on the iPad’s bigger screen!

Mac OS X 10.6.3 is out. Fixes a weird iCal/Exchange recurring item bug that's been hounding me. Pludging now… #
Well. 10.6.3 installed, rebooted, kernel panic/grey screen. Every time. *sigh* ? #
I've been wanting to rebuild this machine, just not today. Time Machine restore here I come! #
My latest Time Machine backup is from March 19, so I only lost about a week worth of stuff. Not bad, but not great, either. #
Discovered a cool new feature in Reeder 2.0 for iPhone: when reading an item, pull it up to "roll" to the next item. Neat! #

Restore complete, back up and running. Hope there are no lasting effects… #

I am SO loving the 2.0 improvements in Reeder for iPhone. It was awesome before, now even better. It's my favorite way to read feeds now. #
