  • We're in Munich, haven't been able to track down Internet/SIM cards yet. And my Mac is dead (boots to white screen). πŸ™ But it's awesome! #
  • @rodrigosette acabei de ver Brasil/Chile num restaurante Brasileiro com um monte de Brasileiros. Foi legal de mais. πŸ™‚ in reply to rodrigosette #
  • @andyidsinga Munich is awesome. White screen of death not awesome. πŸ™‚ in reply to andyidsinga #
  • Just had dinner with @rachelbancroft at a Brazilian place down the street, and watched the Brasil/Chile game with a bunch of Brazilians. πŸ™‚ #
  • Have a bunch of pics to upload, but I only bought 30 minutes of wifi, so they'll have to wait. Gotta find some 3G SIMs tomorrow. #

  • It seems that iOS 4 fast app switching only works if you leave the app by double-clicking. Home button still seems to kill the app. #
  • I'm testing with the latest rev of Twitter, which supports fast switching. Getting mixed results. Sometimes comes back fast, sometimes not. #
  • @shadowbottle To do digital zoom in iOS 4 on a 3GS tap once on the screen, then the +/- zoom slider appears. in reply to shadowbottle #
  • The suspense! "Package deliveries are proceeding as normal; however tracking updates are temporarily being delayed. Love, FedEx." #
  • @LeStew Too late to preorder. I imagine by end of July there should be no problems, though. in reply to LeStew #
  • @LeStew I'd just wait. By the end of July, it shouldn't be too hard to just walk in and buy one. in reply to LeStew #
  • @ejacqui You are a weather nerd. Join the club. And share your favorite sites/apps. Mine: wunderground.com, i.wund.com, and Wundermap. in reply to ejacqui #
  • Just got the following text from @rachelbancroft at home: "It's here! It's here! De phone de phone!" I'm outta here! Squee! πŸ™‚ #
  • Activating now. "This may take up to 3 minutes". Squee! πŸ™‚ #
  • Restoring from my 3GS backup now. Glad the activation servers are working today. Was worried about that. #
  • The retina display really is amazing. I'm looking as closely as I can, and I can't discern a single pixel boundary (my eyes aren't perfect). #
  • First tweet from my iPhone 4! It's glorious. Just glorious. πŸ™‚ #
  • @geekygirldawn @gialyons that would make a good bumper (laptop?) sticker: "Community Managers Do It In Public". πŸ™‚ in reply to geekygirldawn #
  • @k1mb3rly not sure how the line at Washington Square will be. Do you have a reservation? I'd go later, avoid the crowds. in reply to k1mb3rly #
  • Out at Subway with the new iPhone, I keep wondering if anyone will notice it. πŸ™‚ #
  • @k1mb3rly if you have a reservation, you can go as late as 5PM, I think. Does it say in the fine print? in reply to k1mb3rly #
  • iPhone 4 Test Pics: Family Dinner http://post.ly/kXR8 #
  • My iPhone 4 is here! It feels SO nice. Thin. Solid. Quality. Love it. http://post.ly/kXQs #

  • iMovie hits iTunes App Store, only for iPhone 4 http://j.mp/9GDBg2 (/via @engadget) #
  • @ChrisHahn I haven't seen the iPhone signal drop when I touch the bezel. in reply to ChrisHahn #
  • No one should be surprised that a cell phone loses signal when you wrap your mostly-water RF-absorbing meat hands around it. #

  • Trying to download and install iOS 4. iTunes is misbehaving. *sigh* #
  • I think all the people downloading iOS4 are straining the intertubes in my locale. πŸ™‚ #
  • The fact that I have like 29 app updates (for iOS4 compatibility, no doubt) isn't helping speed the download process any. #
  • Whee! I can haz iOS4! πŸ™‚ http://twitpic.com/1ysq5j #
  • First thing I did in iOS4: set up my work exchange account to work alongside Google Push. http://twitpic.com/1ystbm #
  • Already running into the "can only have 12 apps in a folder" limitation in iOS4. I have way more than 12 games installed. πŸ™ #
  • @MaverickNY iOS4 took about as long as I'd expect a 378MB file to download. I didn't time it, but no more than 15-20 minutes. in reply to MaverickNY #
  • @penmachine @JBern Yeah, I'm going to have to sub-categorize my games. Thinking Online/Sims/Action/etc. in reply to penmachine #
  • @baub No, folders in folders doesn't work in iOS – I just tried it. in reply to baub #
  • @MicBP @edmistond Google Sync (email, calendar, and contacts via Exchange) works great for me. I love it, though it has occasional problems. in reply to MicBP #
  • Finally, I can cram all the built-in iPhone apps I don't use (Stocks, Weather, Notes, etc.) into an out-of-the-way folder. πŸ™‚ #iOS4 #
  • @LoSzabo I like Osfoora HD on the iPad. What makes the iPhone version better than Tweetie/Twitter? in reply to LoSzabo #
  • AWESOME! iBooks 1.1 syncs your place/bookmarks across free ePub books you've added, not just purchased books. Woo hoo! πŸ™‚ #
  • Just got a real-looking email from Apple saying my iPhone 4 will arrive a day early. Hoax? Miracle? FedEx still says 6/24. #
  • The iPhone 4 day-early thing seems true. Tons of people tweeting it. FedEx says they're in Oakland right now, so it's plausible. Yay πŸ™‚ #
